Unlock ZAIN Netgear Aircard 790S mobile hotspot

Hello Netgear,

I am in Bangladesh , I bought the Aircard 763S device but after the reset the error "Sim MEP Locked". Currently, I do not know which department to contact by email for support code to unlock.
Have Netgear support information or instructions on how to get device unlock codes.

You must obtain the NETGEAR AirCard modem’s MEP code from the service provider that sold you the NETGEAR AirCard modem.

 

Why is my NETGEAR AirCard modem locked?
