aircard 760s firmware upgrade failing
Hi
I'm on Mac OS X El Capitan trying to upgrade my aircard.
I installed the new ma os x drivers, rebooted and have tried multiple times upgrading the aircard (using the Firmware Updater.app) but it always freezes with "downloading firmware X%" where X is anywhere between 15 and 15 %.
Looking at the OS X console, I have the following messages shown:
21/05/2016 8:50:16.448 AM Firmware Updater[1678]: MFUEngine - Download Started
21/05/2016 8:50:16.448 AM Firmware Updater[1678]: MFUEngine - sendImage()
21/05/2016 8:53:03.102 AM Firmware Updater[1678]: WatcherEngine.CNS - HIP message timed out
I'm using the files available from http://downloadcenter.netgear.com/#searchResults for "AirCard 760S (BigPond)"
Thanks

Re: aircard 760s firmware upgrade failing
Anyone else running into this issue updating a Aircard 760s to the .15 firmware release on a Mac? After the factory reset (and since I'm currently in France) it's now on the .11 (assume this implies 2011) version. If it continues to play up I'll be looking at 4G Huawei E5577 or similar. Many thanks
