How do I hook up these 2 routers for coverage on my 3 floor townhouse??

What 2 routers do you have?
You listed your ssid (wireless names).
Usually you go with one in router mode and then the connected on in access point mode.
so:
Modem/gateway---->router 1----->router 2 (in access point mode)
You can go to netgear.com/support/
type in your actual model of router.
That'll take you to install guides, firmware, manuals, etc.
