Just a general question about this site. When I click on a link wheather I receive it in an email for this site or I try to connect to a link to this site from a google search. I always get to the site but is says "Authentication Failed" and will not bring up subject. Then I must type in the site and do a search for the subject I was interested in. Is it just me?

Did you have this sort of problem before you cleaned your cache?
Mine was a different error.
Your error looks to be a browser thing. Try clicking the link that took you there again.

Not very impressed with this site.
It is bought-in software from an outfit called Lithium. It is hopeless. Sadly, several high end computer brands use it.
Just about every site has problems at tomes, as do the browsers we all use.

Probably. Sounds like something at your end.
Which browser is this?
I just had to clean up some of the cache from my Firefox browser. Do you see the same behaviour in all browsers?

Re: links to Netgear Community always say "Authentication Failed"
I have the latest Win 10 with edge browser. I think I have a screen shot included here but don't know for sure. Not very impressed with this site. Did you have this sort of problem before you cleaned your cache? Edge is the only browser I use and have no idea how to clean a cache.
Limited skills here

Glad that worked.
Stuff happens.
Be prepared to do that again on other sites!
I admit, though, that Edge is becoming more reliable. It won't be long before I reserve Firefox for things that need all those specialist addins.
