I paid for armor protection services, but they are not activated and only asked me if I want a trial? I already paid and I want my Netgear armor protection. They emailed me and I all of the email aid for the service and it is not being provided. Also if they do not allow me to contact them in anyway. I am extremely disappointed. What a waste of time

when you purchased it, did you get an activation code (don't post it here!)

Update: no activation code in welcome email. Just says it starts 11.27.20 and ends 11.27.21. It says it may take 24 hiurs, it’s been 3 days. I updated the app in my phone. They don’t let you contact them. Pretty weak!

Update
Chatted with bit defender for over an hour only for them to tell me that I need to speak with net gear because the purchases through them. So now I am about two hours in trying to get Netgear to give me the service I paid for. And I still cannot do anything because you cannot physically speak with somebody at Netgear
