Activating Armor did stop my PC's ethernet to work

I have a RBR50  Orbi... not even in the model number search btw.

I activated this Armor thing.. on the Orbi App that comes with the IOS app. 

on that moment, my PC's ethernet connection that was a lan cable to the router stoped. 

no way to get it back. I even deactivated the armor and it did not come back. at the moment I pressed this my PC lost the lan connection, not  even a blinking light anymore at the ethernet.

anyone a idea what happend here? it was really the exact moment as I pressed enable... swap Ethernet gone... wont come back at all, says no cable connected. 

I deactivate the Armor in the App. no relieve.

1. Have you tried switching over to another port on the RBR50?

2. What is the status when checking on your adapter setting on the PC?

3. Have you tried connecting the PC straight to modem for isolation?
