Activation Code Not working : Netgear Armor

Netgear Armor: My Account was renewed last night. I received the activation code, tried to apply it and it says code not valid. 

Ihave 3 days left. I Have been charged on the account. 

 

Please assist.

      I just got my code and it is not being accepted. Cannot see solution on other pages.

        For help with your NETGEAR Armor subscription, please email our Customer Care team at customer.service@netgear.com. Be sure to include your router’s serial number in your email.
