Amor vulnerability scan causes printer to become unresponsive
I am currently having an issue where the weekly vulnerability scan on my RBR50 running firmware version 2.7.4.24 causes my printer to become unresponsive. The only way to get it back online is to power cycle it. My printer is a Brother HL-4070CDW and is connected via ethernet to the router.
I had a similar issue back in 2020 where upgrading to firmware 2.7.0.70 resolved the issue, but now the same issue has returned. I have also tried removing the printer from the Armor device list, but apparently it is still being scanned even though it's no longer in the list.
Any other suggestions to stop Armor from scanning the printer? Having to power cycle the printer every week is becoming a pain.
