Android Orbi App - Armor not showing all Windows PCs with Armor Installed as paired

Installed Netgear Armor on a Windows PC from a link generated by Armor on the RBE771 (Screen with "Not Installed"/"installed" buttons - selecting "Not Installed" and selecting "Send Link") after completely removing previous versions of native Bitdefender (1st attempt was to remove old version of native Bitdefender and rebooting PC as per recommendation that all traces of native Bitdefender be removed before installing the Netgear Armor Powered by Bitdefender version).
This results in 3 apps appearing on Windows:
Bitdefender Agent with a Netgear Armor icon version 27.0.1.287
Bitdefender VPN with a Netgear Armor icon version 27.1.3.18
Netgear Armor with a Netgear Armor icon version 27.0.35.147
The PC in question doesn't show in the Adroid Orbi app Netgear Armor section as a device that has Netgear Armor installed (paired). 4 other Windows PCs do show as paired with Armor on the RBE771.
Tried another (2nd attempt) remove, reboot and re-install of Netgear Armor from a link generated from the version of Armor on the RBE771 on the same machine but still no pairing with Armor on the RBE771.
Anyone got any ideas what's happening here?

The Netgear Armor installation on your Windows PC may not be registering with your RBE771 router.
Verify your Armor subscription and check for firewall conflicts.
- Perform a clean uninstall of all Bitdefender components.
- Update your router firmware and Netgear Armor.
- Ensure your Windows OS is updated.

It appears that the Windows PC individual entries in the Orbi app do show that the correct components are installed on the machines. It's just that not all are being displayed on the Orbi app Armor overview screen. I can live with that. All components appear to operating as they should.
