Are you actually using the Armor service? (Orbi RBR50)
I just activated the Netgear Armor trial but the functionality of the app appears to be limited to sending me annoying notifications about devices that the Orbi app already shows as connected and approved to be connected to my router. I am unable to associate the name of the connected device to a device in the Orbi app as no MAC address or IP address is displayed. All I get is an unidentifiable generic name such as "New Device". For real? What am I missing here? I must be missing something as I don't understand what benefits this "service" might provide.
