Armor Bitdefender for Orbi RB40
Hello,
Who could help me? It's now 15 days since I bought the annual license Bitdefender Armo. Since my license was still not active, I asked Bitdefender to activate what they did. Now it is a hassle because, although ARMOR protection is effective, I have no alert or opportunity to view the protection via the ORBI application on my iPhone. Bitdfender does not know what to do and sends me back to Netgear. There is a problem synchronizing my Netgear account to that of Bitdefender and nobody wants to help me. Looks like the iPhone Orbi app does not sync with the Bitdefender server. Unable to activate the paid license (yet no problem with the trial license). The application asks me every time to buy a new license! The problem would be on the side of Orbi, the application. Do you have an idea ?
