Armor Protection Score fluctuating due to security notifications settings

My Armor Protection Score is moving up and down apparently due to "security notifications settings". I have notifications enabled for the Orbi app (v.2.37.0.388, iOS 17.5.1) and receiving them successfully on my phone. I am not making any changes to the notifications settings whatsoever and yet the app is reporting they are on or off every couple of days. Does anybody know why is this happening?
