Armor asking to renew after purchasing
I've purchased Armor protection but the Orbi app is saying I need to renew. Tried closing and reinstalling the app.

I have never 'subscribed' with Netgear (Hate paid services).
Did this question come up and show your Armor subscription on the drop down menu?

Have you tried logging into Armor.Netgear.com and going to the My Subscriptions option and seeing if you can reconcile matters there?
The Armor chat option should still be available to you if your Armor subscription is current.

I was able to talk to support - they referred my to Bitdefender.
I can see in armor.netgear.com that I have an active subscription but I can not see it in the Orbi app. It keeps sending me to renew my subscription.

So, after weeks of no success, I've canceled my subscription bought via Bitdefender and purchased via Netgear. All worked for exactly one day!
Now it is stuck on Updating Armor and in the wen interface it shows I need to renew.
Never thought it will be this hard...
