Armor automatically activated after factory reboot -- Orbi RBK852
Firmware up to date - 3.2.18.1
Did a factory reboot about an hour ago; all of a sudden the "armor" is showing activated within the app and was searching things without me accepting anything. I turned it off in the app -- but it's not deactivated and doesn't give an option to deactivate.
I didn't accept or agree to anything related to this -- and I never would because I pay for a Bitdefender subscription outside of Netgear.
How can I confirm that "armor" is deactivated? Thanks!
