Armor is not activating

I start using Armor on 2/3/2022 it work fine for a year but after the renewal this year it stop working, the app says is activating and when i touch the armor icon it shows this message: CODE:ARM-PYM...

Thank you for your time i have been trying to fix this with the NG support without success for almost 2 months
