Yes I have the same issue! App showing EXPIRED I submitted ticket to bitdefender 6/29/19
have not gotten a response. I had to call today, the rep said he was going to move it up in priority. This is sad Netgear you need to address this.We are paying $$ for this and should have better support since you advertise this so much (SECURITY NETGEAR ARMOR)

Re: Armor on Orbi RBR50 transfer to correct license
Go to the main Bitdefender support site http://www.bitdefender.com/support or email bdsupport@tickets.bitdefender.com.
Clearly explain your situation. For example:
I purchased & activated a subscription to NETGEAR Armor:
1. The subscription pane of the Armor website showed that my macOS, Windows, &; Android AV apps accepted the new subscription.
2. The ORBI router still showed as active on the trial.
When the trial expired, the router failed to recognize the new subscription (see attached). The Armor icon in the ORBI iOS app status was Expired.
YOU MUST INCLUDE YOUR LICENSE KEY! That is how Bitdefender will identify your account. Your account will be fixed in a few days.

Re: Armor on Orbi RBR50 transfer to correct license
Greetings, I bought a Netgear Armor sunscription during an active trial period and tried to "replace" the license, and though it had been replaced but the trial remained and when it expired, I became unprotected and it will not let me re-enter the activation key I received.
Hardware Version RBR40
Firmware Version V2.3.5.30
GUI Language Version V1.0.0.360
Operation Mode RouterPurchase Date -2018-07-03
The Router dashboard shows the status of the protection as "Not Activated"
I actually reported this on a web support form a few weeks ago and never heard anything...
Thanks!
