Armor on R7000P showing no routers associated even after firmware update fixing armor issues
I've had Netgear Armor running on a Nighthawk R7000P since the beginning of this year with (seemingly) no issues. A couple of months later, both the app and web-version (armor.netgear.com) are both saying that "No router is associated ...", though I'm still getting notifications for actions taken by Armor. I do have an additional Nighthawk R7000 connected as an access point (doesn't host Armor).
Things were working initially with the setup mentioned, but then it wasn't--though nothing changed. I just updated the firmware on both routers (the latest version on the R7000P was supposed to fix a number of Armor-related issues), but no change. I'm up for renewal soon--any thoughts? This forum seems to be my only recourse.
Thanks in advance,
Chris
