Armor portal, devices show as disconnected, and vulnerabilities (RBR750)

I have an RBR750 with a satellite and use ios orbi app, all latest firmware and app versions.
A couple of things...
Everything looks as expected on the direct web browser access to the router on my LAN (via http://orbilogin.net/start.htm).
On the Armor web portal https://armor.netgear.com/devices, _all_ the devices actually connected and showing as connected on the router web access show as disconnected on the Armor web portal. How does this device list update? Hard to believe it is not updating.
Also, I thought on the Armor web portal https://armor.netgear.com/devices there was some way to view the vulnerabilities list, and perhaps manipulate it or devices for vulnerability scans.
I have the annoying problem where on the Orbi app vulnerabilities show up for one of two QNAP NASs on the LAN, and there appears to be no way to remove old results or exclude scanning those NASs. I thought there was some way to see vulnerabilities in the Armor web portal.
This makes the Security Protection Score low.
Lastly, I have two QNAP NASs on the LAN (both have latest firmware), both the same model. Armor used to show a long list of vulnerabilities for both. Now one shows no vulnerabilities (Orbi app/Security shows it is getting scanned). I see in the Orbi app devices list that the NAS with no vulnerabilities is correctly automatically identified as "QNAP Systems TS-230" (brand and model no). The one that show vulnerabilities is not automatically identified (it only lists as NAS as I manually changed it to that). Further, both of these devices show as TS-230 NAS automatically on the direct web interface to the router, although that device list does now show the brand.
It's hard to believe there is such inconsistency between the Orbi app, direct router web browser interface, and the Armor web portal.
And that suddenly one (correctly id'ed) NAS has no vulnerabilities, I wish the other one would also.

Now I see in the Armor web portal, if a device has vulnerabilities that list can be accessed on the devices details popup.
For the one NAS that was showing vulnerabilities, I triggered a vulnerabilities scan from it's details page on the Armor web portal, the results of that now shows no vulnerabilities for that NAS (and the security score increased significantly in the Orbi app).
It appears something hadn't been updated somewhere which was corrected by restarting the router and both NASs.
The identification of the NAS is still inconsistent, but that doesn't seem to matter.

Re: Armor portal, devices show as disconnected, and vulnerabilities (RBR750)
Ok, what it took to update the devices list (to show them as not disconnected) on the Armor web portal was rebooting the router.
