Armor security not finding armor app on iPhone oripad
Armor security constantly asks for armor app to be added to iPhone and iPad. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times but they don’t show up in the installed section. I’m using the same log in info. Help

This is a problem that many users have heen confronted with for a long, long time. Both Netgear and Bitdefender should be aware of this because of complaints that have been submitted. They claim to be working on a solution but it is taking ages….

It is ridiculous! I called support today and the NETGEAR support agent had no idea what I was talking about. Basically, his words were that he could not help me. Not to mention, I keep getting notifications from the Orbi app saying that one of my phones has a configuration issue. The Armor Security by Bitdefender is installed and working correctly. NETGEAR really needs to get this straightened out. I am about ready to change to another different Wi-Fi mesh system. NETGEAR is supposed to be the most robust and best. But from owning for about two to three months now, that is not what I am seeing. Customer Service is bad!
