Hello,
I was told to reach out to you as my Neatgear Armor is showing disabled on the Orbi app, however my subscription is active.
There was an initial issue where I was charged twice and when that issue was corrected, I now experience this issue with the app.
However, when I click subscription via the app, it shows my active subscription, however I cannot access the GUI as it shows my subscription expired and asks me to sign up.
