Armor subscription activation error

After having my subscription transferred which was a 5 day process jsut to be told 3 (BUSINESS) days in that the serial number and mac add. were mandatory info and that the last 3 support agents didn’t inquire that info. After receiving a email with a successful transfer from old broken router to my new router of the same exact model. I go to my nighthawk app to an error message (ARM-PYMT-EXP) with a greyed out UPDATING ARMOR since then.It’s been escalated. i’ve submitted a proof of purchase, called bitdefenders support & they escalated it to netgear. I submitted report a bug in the nighthawk app. I don’t know what else to do to receive this fix.?

Sadly, you're doing what you should. 

Armor transfers/issues need to go through official support.
