BITDEFENDER 35% discount issue

Had a coupon code that I tried to use to reinstate my subscription before it ended. Unfortunately found out today that I was charged the full amount with auyo subscription through PayPal. Even though when I tried previously to reinstate it it wouldn’t take my coupons code and I hadn’t found a solution. Invoice 149726819 it was sent through sjfry@icloud.com also setup under a military discount customer when I initially paid for everything. Serial 6BJ51572A0712 thank you.
