Bidefender not activated via app
Renewed a sub (previously had expired via the trial) on the Orbi app (RBR50). Received activation code and activated via the web site. My account at armor.netgear.com shows the sub fine with the RBR50 device listed but on the Orbi app it still shows as Expired. On the browser via local login it shows as Not Activated. Can someone point to a fix?

Re: Bidefender not activated via app
I'm having the same issue. I have a ticket in with Bitdefender which just got bumped to Tier 2, so I'm waiting to hear back from them via email.

Re: Bidefender not activated via app
I should also mention that Bitdefender wants me to do a reset on the router, but I have some family in the middle of a movie. I will try that later today.

Re: Bidefender not activated via app
I found a fix myself. In the Orbi app connect remotley, this then shows the activated status. Then close the app, restart and connect locally. You should see it as activated now. In the bowser though it still sayd Not Enabled...
