Bitdefender cannot be installed on my window PC

I changed my ISP and there were some internet problem .I thought it was because of the bitdefender so I uninstalled it.
Now I fix the internet problem ,I want to have the bitdefender reinstalled. 
On the first attempt I installed the bitdefender from the bitdefender website ,but it turns out my subscription is gone.
I contact the customer service from the bitdefender and they said I have to install the bitdefender in a different way.
Then I open my nighthawk application and the SECURITY button is not there(I am sure the driver and the application is up to date).
