Bitdefender not resigtered

I purchased the Netgrear Amrour about a month ago and now I am being told that it is not activated.  I have the receipt for the purchase and when I go to contact support, I am told that I am out of support time alothough I purchased the router less than 3 months ago - it has a purchase date of 2017.  How do I go about to get my subscription of Armour activated again?
