For some reason, I cannot turn Armor off through the Orbi app. When I flip the switch, I get "Error Failed to update Armor." I've tried two different phones, but nothing. I suspect Armo is causing a speed hit on my performance.
I'm trying to avoid a factory reset, but at this point seems inevitable.
This is my second year for the Armor subscription. Generally, I like the features, but implmentation is so flaky. I wonder if a bitdefender box would be less grief.
