Welcome to the Community!
You will have to re-enable SMB1 Support on your Windows 10 PC to be able to get your Duo V2 accessible.
SMB2 is not supported on legacy units running RAIDiator 4.1 and 5.3 and no plans on providing support to this old models. IMO, it would be better if you upgrade to an OS 6 model like the RN400 series or higher.
Check enabling SMB1
