Cannot renew Armor Security

I own two netgear routers under the same account, at two different locations (homes), for which i had activated the one year Armor Security; it has expired as of today but when i try to update/renew ...

    I keep getting this same problem on my Orbi. It expired today and even when I was going in before expiration it was giving me this same “Already purchased” message. This is frustrating. Please advice. Thanks Bruce

        I got 1 year armour subscription and its expiring in a week. when I try to renew getting message as other users "Already contract is purchased for the account". Please suggest how to renew
