Certificate - Unblocked webmail site with the app but the system still blocking the page?

We were notified on the app that a possible malicious website was being accessed so the system blocked us from accessing that page. This is not a malicious site, its just a webmail login page. I swiped left and Unblocked the site/page using the app and everything should fine. It's not, the system continues to block us from accessing that page and sends a notification every time we try. What am I doing wrong? If I swipe left and that page appears in the Unblocked list, the system should let us access the page and it does not. Help and thank you ahead of time.
