Confusing details of Armor subscrption

I have an Armor subscription. (Courtesty of the Netgear beta team.) But it does not show up on the Nighthawk Android app. All I get is an "Expired" message an invitation to subscribe.

The thing is complicated because I have two routers that I manage with the Android app. They are on two separate Internet services.

The NETGEAR Armor powered by Bitdefender dashboard shows that one router (MR90) has an expired Trial subscription. The other router (R7000P) has an active subscription.

It wasn't my choice to link one router with the subscription. Netgear seems to have done this by checking my devices on MyNetgear.

I have found no way of getting the app to see that there is also an active subscription. And no way to get the Armor page to forget the expired trial on the other router.

This raises the general issue of transferring a subscription between routers.

It was a bit confusing. And a challenge for users when they switch routers. There needs to be an easier transferring protocol for those instances if they're going to be selling armor as much as they are. Plus emailing CS to transfer it takes a while.

I cheated. I know I switch routers often so I just set it up on my parents setup (MK93) so they could use it. I didn't want to take the time switching it everytime.
