Error trying to purchase Bitdefender

I have an Orbi RBR50 Mesh system. I want to purchase Bidefender for my system. The only purchase flow appears to be through the “Activate Trial” path in the app. I get a error when trying to activate trial with no other path to resolve. I cannot find any purchase path via the website, and there doesn’t appear to be any direct support available other than to post to this group. I want to give Netgear my money, but they don’t seem to want to take it.

May you tell us more about the error you're experiencing. It'll also help if you could provide us with the current firmware version your router is on.
