Escalate a Support case 42000350

HI,

 

My Netgear wifi router has Hardware Issue and it needs to replaced with new one.

I already called Tech supprt team and they troubleshooted the Issue and confiremd that the router is eligible for replacement as it falls under warranty.

 

As per procedure I rasied a complaint vai email as well as from Netgear website Support link. But 4 days are passed and no one even bothered to Inform that they are wroking. 

 

I have repledi on the case several times but no response. 

Worst customre service adn worst rband.

Surely not recommend this brand to any one.

 

Here is the issue-

 

I am attaching 3 images. 1st Image is of wifi router. As you can see the light is turning On but no Internet.

 2nd Image is shows Available Network. As you can clearly see there is no Netgear Network neither our own wifi network 
3rd Image is Video shows Reset image. I tried to reset the Router by pressing reset button for 1min after that the 1st and last light will blink and it keeps blinking for Hours until we turn off the router power.
