Failed to subscribe -RBK753s Costco router/satellite
Bought this from Costco and the subscription was working and after I had to do a factory reset and re install it now gives a fail to subscribe. Talked to netgear and bitdefender and followed all the resets and re installs and nothing. Opened a ticket with bitdefender for it to get closed with no resolve. Not trying to bash y’all but the customer service has been HORRIBLE. I called bitdefender on a Monday at 4pm eastern and they said they couldn’t help me as there systems were updating. In the mid afternoon or a Monday?!? This is all over your forums with zero fix seen? Please help or should I just find a new product.

Re: Failed to subscribe -RBK753s Costco router/satellite
Sadly, armor issues needs to go through support.
To get a hold of support for subscriptions services like Armor/Circle, click on "MyNetgear" at the top.
Register an account (or login) and then the device.
From there you can start the support process.
Click on: My Support---->Contact Support---->Get help with my subscription service
