Getting constant url blocked for being malicious
Hi today on one of my PCs I've been getting constant notifications saying a URL is blocked for being malicious. No amount of googling is turning up results, but it wont stop and it is getting really annoying. The first block was http://adl.windows.com/apr...... and then every one after that has been https://activity.windows.com/The accesed from URL is N/A on all of them.
WTF is going on here?

Re: Getting constant url blocked for being malicious
Hi there @Tenno06 . Google Safe Browsing Site Status reports both sites as: "No unsafe content found." You may want to report this to Bitdefender Support so that they can investigate further and perhaps whitelist both sites. That being said, I did just that a few times with Bitdefender Support; and unfortunately they could not give me a logical explanation as to why certain sites were being blocked as 'malicious.' They would inevitably come back with somehting like: "Well, if you think that the web site is safe, please let us know and we will white list it ..." To which I would write something like: "It's not up to me to tell you if a web site is safe or not. You are telling me that it is, so I am asking you to check it out and tell me why." And it all ended there. That was months ago, so perhaps things have changed since then. Good luck, and please let us know what transpires if you decide to go that route.

Re: Getting constant url blocked for being malicious
@Tenno06 To submit a false positive URL block report to Bitdefender, please visit the following KB article: https://kb.netgear.com/000061032/NETGEAR-Armor-is-blocking-URLs-that-I-want-to-access-what-do-I-do
Our team would like to do some further investigating, so I'll be sending you a PM to get additional info from you.
