Have Netgear Armor but activate Bitdefende

Hi,

I have an active netgear armor subscription.  I used the download link to download and reinstall Bitdefender Total Security onto my Windows Machine.  It has installed fine, but only recognises a trial rather than a subscription the same as my Netgear Armor one.  I tried the Netgear Armor activation code, but it doesn't update.  How do I resolve this?

Hi @ajensen72,

You'll have to make sure that the Armor account you are using is the same as your NETGEAR/Armor login credentials.
