Help with spam producing http://gettime.world/get-time

My Orbi keeps blocking spam attempts from a website http://gettime.world/get-time.  It is happening every hour.  I have performed a Bitdefender complete scan on my Mac and it does not get rid of the problem.  I have searched my hardrive for files containing the website and the words and have found nothing.  I have no idea where these attemps are coming from and how to get rid of it.  I also cannot find any informaiton on this site doing Google searches.  Any advice is most appreciated.
