How do I subscribe to armor/bitdefender?

I activated it via the orbi ios app but might now be past the trial offer.  So how do I even purchase this?   And do I get it from Netgear, Bitdeffender?

When I follow the instructions i find here and elsewhere on netgear.com it says activate through the orbi app.  I go through that and log in and it opens armor but there seems to be no way to actually subscribe!

Re: How do I subscribe to armor/bitdefender?

When I go through KB 1, there are no offers or any way to subscribe.

When I use KB 2, after logging in, i can get to the screen that says my account is active for one device, but there are no offers or ways to get an activation code.  And my ORBI app on my iOS continues to say that Armor is Expired.

So no, there's seems to be no way to subscribe.

Hi @wolfereeno, thanks for responding. It is best to reach out to the Bitdefender support team for them to check it on their end. You can reach them on their support channels using the link below.

Ok, I'll do that but isn't Netgear reselling bitdefender?  If so, they're not making it easy!

Can I buy Bitdefender directly from them and then just add it to my Orbi?

Hi @wolfereeno, subscription will be handled by Bitdefender. Yes, they will be able to assist you in subscribing to Armor. Let us know how that goes.

Re: How do I subscribe to armor/bitdefender?

Thanks - is there a preferred version I should get to work with the Orbi?  Or do all of them work?

Just curious, does Symantec have an add in for the ORBI?   I already have a sub for them.

Thx

Hi @wolfereeno, make sure to let them know that you are looking to subscribe to Armor for NETGEAR. As it stands, NETGEAR's partnership is with Bitdefender.
