How to reactivate Armon on new Orbi setup

Hi, I have an existing Armor subscription on my Netgear Orbi.
i recently changed my modem so I had to reset the Orbi routers.
how do i reinstall/reactivate the bitdefender on my orbi?

When i go to the ios app and click "security", it shows "activate trial". 

How do i enter my valid license?

If i click "activate trial", it says "error failed to sunscribe"
