How to turn off Netgear Armor?

Hi,

My model is Nighthawk RAX20 Dual-band AX4 WiFi 6 Router - AX1800 and I just changed from Google Wifi.

After changed the RAX20 I found something strange.

1. I can't turn off the Netgear Armor.
   I know it's in the admin app but no matter how I tried, it always showed: "Disabling NETGEASR Armor.", then  "Process is taking too long (more than 60 secs) Try again!!"... Really no words, such bad user experince. 
2. I used speedtest to test, before Google Wifi was always around 600-700Mbps (download), but now I only got 100-130Mbps..., are you kidding me??

You might like to try there too.

Hello wuzcsg, 

May you refer to the articles provided by shadowsports and let me know if your issue persists. You may also try reinstalling the Nighthawk app and power cycling your router.

The only way to turn off was factory reset and turn off in the very begining...
