The answer to first question depends on if you have forgotten the password you set for admin to get into the browser graphical user interface. (Look on the label for the defaults.) Did you set it up to allow password recovery? If so, try to get in and it will take you through the process.
If you have forgotten the password and answer, your only option is to reset the device.

As to the app access, I doubt of the router is in any way involved in blocking that.
Or do you have some evidence that the RAXE500 is culpable?

Thank you for your reply, I do not believe I used the password recovery and I just may have to reset my router, which is not my first choice to do.
I am adding the security threat block from the app yesterday, it is the router blocking access. Thank you and any help is always appreciated.

Armor sits between the router and the Internet.

- My apologies, I wasn’t sure about Armor. So is there a way to let Armor not block thru my phone? I did not change the password for admin, I’m at work right now. Not sure if it’s good/safe to try on my phone.
Rvadnerker- Here is a screenshot I just took from my phone, Armor did not find any threats. Either Armor is not working properly or something is wrong with the app.
