I renewed Armour but cannot install anything, I go to bitdenfender website and nothing, when I introduce the code that is on the email it does not go through. I demand an explanation

Did you try contacting netgear support for defender?
Don't google for a phone number as you usually get scam sites. If you're on the netgear site, click on "mynetgear' at the top. Login through there. From there you can start the contact support option.
If going through bitdefender (sometimes faster) click on their support link.
