Install Bitdefender Failure
Hello all,
I have actived Netgear Armor on my Orbi and now am trying to extend protection to a user outside of my Orbi. I am able to get the software installed but when I try to activate it with my Netgear id/pswd it comes back "unable to connect to the server". This has happened for the last two days. Anyone seen this?

Welcome to the community!
Is that device using iOS or Android? Please provide a screenshot of the error since that will help us. You can also try re-installing the app. Can you also continue to add other devices within your network?

Yes sir...had to wait a couple of hours and then it was able to login successfully.
