Merging accounts

I need to merge two accounts so that the bit defender security protection I purchased can be applied to my new account.

I tried this with. Hope you have better success than I did. Netgear support swapped my new registered account to the router But then deleted the other account before moving Armor subscription. Now 10 months in with loads of emails sent and received I’m still no further forward. Just going round in circles
