Multiple Issues with Armor/Bitdefender

I have had nothing but problems with this Armor/Bitdefender software since I installed it.  Some of the things I have sort of fixed, but some of the most annoying are:

 

1. When I try to set my birthday (or the birthday of my wife who is set as the owner of another device, even if I put Chrome in Full Screen mode the non-moveable window in which you could supposedly enter my or her birthday only displays the first two weeks of the month, so it is impossible to enter the correct birthday for either of us.  

 

2. When I attempt to add my wife's photo to her profile, I tried to use a photo that was as I recall 157 KB only and was a JPG, but then I try to add it, either the profile edit ignores my attempt completely or produces a message that it only accepts JPG or couple of other formats less than 2 MB ... which this picture is! At least her profile shows her phone number.

 

3.  Somehow I was able to add my own picture ... I think I might have done it somehow on my iPhone, but now on the MacBook when I choose to edit my own profile my birthday is missing (which I can't fix because of item 1 above) and my phone number is also missing and it doesn't work when I try to add it by editing my profile.

 

4.  All of my devices in the online display (see attachment) show I red "B" which I believe is supposed to mean "Bitdefender Total Security" is already installed, isn't it? 

 

I think when I first started with this unending project I kept trying to install it again and again in response to this prompt and somehow when I sent the link(s) to the devices I believe it installed the regular commercial version of Bitdefender since it showed Version 4.x but the version with Netgear seems to be Version 2.x, so I uninstalled it on the devices that showed 4.x and reinstalled it so they all show Version 2. now.

 

And there is more issues but let's start with those.

Thank you so much for being willing to investigate this issue further!

As an (unrelated to functioning issue) side issue which you possibly might know the answer to ... I purchased the "ProSupport for Home - Extended Warranty and Support" to supplement my "Armor Security - 1 year - Available till 2022-02-27"  The "ProSupport for Home - Extended Warranty and Support" shows  Available till 2023-02-27 If I had waited until the 90 days of free support was ready to expire, would I have had an later expiration date for the  "ProSupport for Home - Extended Warranty and Support"?  Thank you so much for your help!!  Dave

Thank you for the information. Someone from Bitdefender should be reaching out to you shortly. In regards to your ProSupport contract, I believe the contract starts on the day of the purchase.
