I just purchase armor for my orbi. I too can't activate the Netgear Armor service on my Orbi router.  It keep saying, subscription fail  Please help.

    Welcome to the community! May you let us know if your RBR50 is set into router or AP mode and providing us with the current firmware version of the router. 

     

    Also, did you purchase Armor using the Orbi app or a website?
