NETGEAR Armor not activating after automatic renewal

I have an XR1000 router that I bought about a year ago.  I purchased Netgear armor for it shortly after buying the router and set it up for auto renewal.  Just last week I got a notification email and receipt showing that it had been renewed.  But when I go into the app it shows that armor is NOT active.  If I hit the security button, it only shows that I can activate a trial.  Not sure what is going on.  I did have to do a factory reset a few month back, maybe that had something to do with it?  Thanks.

 

I use Apple

App version is 2.19.1.6

Firmware version is V1.0.0.6.4

Hey, Armor is a feature of NETGEAR's and not something we're deeply familiar with as members of the Netduma team, but we'll see if we can help!

 

Could you perhaps try logging out/completely closing the NETGEAR Nighthawk app, then try logging back in again and see if it's updated with the renewed information?
