In the Orbi app last month, they were running a promotion for Netgear Armor. I took advantage of that promotion and renewed my Netgear Armor early The expiration date of my subscription extended one year from June 25, 2024 to June 25, 2025. Now this month, the subscription renewed again at FULL price, yet it was unnecessary since I had renewed the month prior. The expiration date has extended again to June 25, 2026. I don't want to purchase two years in advance. Why didn't the system recognize that I had already renewed? How do I get a refund?
