NIGHTHAWK MR60 - Cannot renew Armor Security
The Armor security protection (Bitdefender?) on my nighthawk app is telling me that my year free trial expires today. For the past couple of weeks, an offer for a 35% discount on renewal has been displayed in the app, but when I tap on it, it comes back with a "failed to subscribe" message, and doesn't let me proceed. I thought perhaps I just had to wait until the day of expiration (which is today) ... but it still won't let me process a renewal. I'm worried that the protection might "lapse" at some point. Anyone have any ideas how to get around this? Hard to believe they are making it this difficult to renew!
