When I tapp the Armor icon in the NH app there is a pop up "Unknown error".
When I go to Device Manager, find my device, tapp on it and then tap on Device Security there is another pop up "Please enable Armor on your router" - please find the screen shot from the app attached.

Please submit a bug report thru the NH with all available screen shots so NG knows what to look for.
