Netgear Armor Bitdefender Installation on Macbook Pro
Hello,
I've successfully installed Netgear Armor Bitdefender Antivirus for Mac on my Macbook Pro laptop. When I click Login on the "Login Is Required" pop up, and enter my Netgear Armor username and password, I am told there's no internet connection and to try again, however the internet is working.
I've been able to install this on my iMac and iPhone, but not my Macbook. Please help. I am running macOS Monterey version 12.5 on a Macbook Pro 14-inch 2021 model.
What do I do?

Make sure icloud relay and private mac/ip address are disabled.
What modem is the router connected to?
What router do you have?

Re: Netgear Armor Bitdefender Installation on Macbook Pro
Please don’t assume every poster knows all this technical stuff.
I have an MR80 Router and two MS80 Satellites. As far as making sure private mac/ip and icloud relay are disabled, why? I installed this on my iMac without having to do that, so why would I need to do that to my Macbook Pro?

Re: Netgear Armor Bitdefender Installation on Macbook Pro
Reason why is not all apps/programs play nicely when ran through icloud relay or when using a random mac/ip address.
And the question about your modem and router are valid as double nat's can cause issues.
But you didn't answer the question.
What netgear router do you have?
What modem/gateway is it connected to?
